Legislative Committee
The legislative committee is designed to keep local Farm Bureau members abreast of the developments in local, state and federal government. The committee also strives to build a positive working relationship with elected officials and to provide them with an overview of our organization's policies.
JCFB also participates in IAA's Adopt-a-Legislator program, which pairs a rural County Farm Bureau with a Chicago-land legislator, with the hopes of forming long-term personal relationships between our urban legislators and Illinois farmers.
